Newsletters and more!

Hey everyone!

You've probably already noticed that there are more updates to the site as of recently.

I added a column on the right which will provide a space for content, such as new issues of newsletters, newspapers, zines, etc (press). There is also a section for these under "downloads" for registered users.

I did some other modifying of the templates for the site, and tried to fix a couple small bugs...if you notice any problems send a message about it to website@neanarchist.net!

If you registered anytime before the beginning of December, check "My Account" under Actions. Click the profile tab, and fill out some information that could help you meet people that are in your subregion, doing similar work, or whatever! It also helps to weed out any possible spam accounts (that hasn't been a problem yet, but could potentially be in the future...).

And speaking of spam, a couple of events posted by a user were inaccurately marked as spam...I manually marked them as not spam and am currently trying to figure out exactly what caused them to be marked. If you experience any problems with this, I'll try to get the content back up as soon as possible.

Other than that, all I can think of that I've done recently is add some more content (About the network, glossary, links, etc.) The glossary is pretty cool - when users include acronyms in content, if its in the glossary it will automatically make the acronym a green link to the glossary entry, as well as show the definition when hovering over the link (for an example - NEAN).

Don't forget that registered users have the ability to post in the forums and post events to the calendar! Post your groups events, and send any suggestions for forums to website@neanarchist.net
